"I don't think that means what you think it means."

Pulling out a word, phrase, or verse from its context and building a robust system of thought around it is always dangerous. Unfortunately, this practice is far too prevalent in today’s Christian culture. A single verse or phrase might sound inspirational. But it might not always mean what you think it means. This summer, we will reconsider several of the more popular misunderstood passages and topics from Scripture to fully and accurately understand the whole counsel of God.
